About Us...
Rhonda Allen - Principal Instructor
She has been planning weddings and special events since 1991.
Her academic and professional background gave her many
opportunities to help coach, and lift up other people. It was during
these tender developing years that she found her love for
organizing and planning events that celebrated people, and their
love for one another.
Rhonda, like those she trains, began her professional career by
planning events. This, coupled with her years of experience, and
own certification acquisition, makes her uniquely qualified. The
Wedding Consultant Certification Institute is division of NBBC, L.L.C..
She is committed to teaching the fundamentals of wedding planning as a
business and has been doing so for years. While there are many training
courses/classes available, very few offer the type of "post-instruction" support
like this one. Rhonda started offering seminars out of her commitment and
desire to empower those who seek to learn these fundamentals necessary to
make it in the wedding and event business.
Over the years, your instructor has planned many special events and weddings
since 1991. She has had the privilege of being been approached by several
wedding reality programs, and party and event planning programs. For now,
she keeps busy with her clients and students. Rhonda has been on
Brides.com, AJC.com, in Crossroads News, Atlanta Journal Constitution, the
Commercial Appeal, Content That Works and many other publications and
wedding site offering advice and ideas to engaged couples. Most recently,
Rhonda was honored to be included in a college level course book that
introduces students to the world of entertaining and the class is taught at
California State University in Fullerton, Ca. The name of the book is "An
Introduction to Event Planning" and can be purchased at Amazon.com.
