Wedding Consultant Certification...Why Gain Certification
From Us...
Why receive certification from us?

Because we are genuinely interested in your success beyond your
attendance in our classes.

We are available to you for up to one (1) year after you start the program and
this is a benefit that is part of your course, not in addition to it.  Very few
courses can say this.  Most just give you certification on the "academics" of
wedding planning but leave you alone to your own devices after the class. Do
you want to bumble through the beginning stages of launching your
business?  Or, would you rather be empowered with the necessary steps to
ensure you are truly on the path to success?

You will need an advantage over your competition.  To keep from making the
mistakes that so often plague start up wedding planner businesses, you
cannot afford to miss out on this opportunity to not only gain insider
information, or the chance to train under professional, full time wedding and
event planners who understand what you will be facing.

After students have chosen and completed their class format (in-person or
online), sand received their "Certificate of Completion" as it relates to the
class, students then enter into a short three (3) month wedding working test
in which they will complete ONE (1) wedding assignment.  The working test
period may be shorter dependent upon how quickly students complete the
assignment.  This period/wedding assignments must be completed before
students gain their "Letter of Certification", which affirms that 1) the student
has completed the entire prescribed wedding certification program, and 2)
that the student has been able to effectively apply the learned fundamentals
of professional wedding planning.

Here is how the wedding consultant course is structured:

1.  Students must submit an application along with one personal reference
letter.  The reference letter can come from anyone you like who can attest to
your character.

2.  Upon acceptance into the program, students opt to gain their initial
fundamental training through interactive class sessions, three to be exact.

3.  At the conclusion of the complete online session, students will receive a
final exam to pass.  Successfully passing the exam (must make a 70),
students will receive a Certificate of Completion.

4.  Upon conferment of the "Certificate of Completion", Students will be given
their one (1) wedding assignment and begin the three (3) month wedding
working test.* 'Students may substitute their wedding assignment by working
alongside the Lead WCI Instructor on at least one wedding.  Note:  This
option is only available to students living in the Atlanta area.

5.  Once the one (1) wedding assignment and/or three (3) month wedding
working test has been completed, students will be awarded a "Letter of
Certification" attesting that the student has been taught the fundamentals of
wedding planning which will be supported by the student's one (1) wedding
assignment.

In addition, students receive: (from both in-class and online sessions):

Seminar Reference Manuals;
The wedding planner's bible;
How to Conduct a Wedding Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception;
Essential Checklists, Timelines and Worksheets;
A Letter of Certification at the end of three (3) months (or after completion of
the one wedding assignment);
One (1) year Membership in the
Association of Wedding Planners
