All Registrants must enroll AND make payment to complete registration.

Online registrations received without immediate credit card payment shall not be
processed. No courtesy "holds" are permitted. Credit card payments must be made
within two hours of submission of this form or enrollment submission will not be deemed
complete and submission will be discarded.

Full disclosure: A 50% non-refundable space retainer is necessary to guarantee
"you" a space for any instruction offered by the Institute when registration is made 30
days or more prior to class. With less than 30 days prior to class, full payment is due.
Without it, and your registration, your submission will not be processed. This is a
necessary action that goes toward offsetting the costs associated with this professional
level of educational instruction. To complete your registration, complete the above
information make the necessary payment (or notify us that you will be making the
necessary payment) immediately following this enrollment submission to guarantee
your space for the desired session(s). Participant failure to satisfy 50% balance
requirement by the two week deadline shall result in the participant being dropped
from enrollment and space given to the next participant on the wait list. The Institute
does not provide any refunds on money paid either toward the "non-refundable space
retainer" or final balance. No exceptions.

"Save Your Space" button below. Students will receive an email confirmation of receipt
of enrollment within one (1) hour of submission.
