Disclosure: Enrollment in the installment plan constitutes a "binding" and "legal" agreement to pay for services. Students who fail to satisfy their
"installment payment arrangements" shall be in "breach of contract". Students who engage the installment plan agreement arrangement shall not
receive his/her Certificate of Completion (Diplomas), Letter of Certification or Association membership until all financial obligations for the course
have been satisfied. Failure to satisfy legal, financial obligations will result in students being dropped from the program and all monies forfeited.
